All sales and service agreements are final. We do not offer full or partial refunds for services already rendered, including but not limited to:

Monthly retainer services
Project Deposits & Retainers
Deposits made to secure project slots or start services are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers or pre-paid service packages are non-refundable once the billing period begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Before work has begun: A partial refund may be considered, minus administrative or onboarding costs already incurred.
