Welcome to Amplify Marketing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). “Client,” “you,” “your” refer to the individual or entity using our Services.

“Services” include marketing strategy, branding, advertising, consulting, social media management, and all other offerings provided by Amplify Marketing.

 

Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and to keep such information up to date.

  • You may not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

 

Payments & Billing

  • All fees for Services will be outlined in the client agreement, proposal, or invoice.

  • Payment terms are typically [Net 15/Net 30] days unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may result in interest charges, paused services, or termination of the agreement.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All content created by Amplify Marketing, including but not limited to designs, campaigns, copywriting, graphics, and strategies, remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the deliverables for their intended purposes, unless otherwise specified.

  • You may not resell, replicate, or distribute our work without prior written consent.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide timely access to any materials, information, feedback, or approvals necessary for project completion.

  • Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and incur additional costs.

  • You warrant that any content or materials you provide (logos, trademarks, media, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure.

  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

 

Revisions & Approvals

  • The number of revisions included in your service package will be outlined in your service agreement.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • You agree to review and approve work in a timely manner to keep the project on track.

 

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms outlined in the client agreement.

  • In the event of termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

  • Amplify Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Amplify Marketing is not responsible for results outside our control, including algorithm changes, platform errors, or client-side implementation failures.

 

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Canva, etc.). We do not guarantee the performance or uptime of these platforms.

  • You are responsible for adhering to the terms and policies of any third-party tools used in connection with our Services.

 

Changes to Terms

  • Amplify Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

  • Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hall County, Ga.
